Opak Cassava is a cracker-like snack food that has a delicious, savory, and distinctive cassava taste. The business of making cassava opaque is a profitable business, in setting up a business, a business feasibility study should be carried out first. This research was conducted at UMKM Eka Jaya Opak Jl. Big Kutalimbaru No. 81 Salam Tani, Pancur Batu District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. This study aims to determine the feasibility of Eka Jaya Opak's business. The data analysis method used in this study is to calculate the business feasibility of the Financial and SWOT aspects. The results of the research are positive NPV values that are equal to RP. 18,767,918,455, IRR value > i (10%), namely 65%, B/C Ratio > 1, namely 54.16, PP for 0.2450 years, BEP of Rp. 407,406,193.2, and an ROI of 1775% so that it can be said that UMKM Eka Jaya Opak is for investment and running business operations. The Eka Jaya Opak MSME development strategy is to increase production capacity to meet market demand and expand marketing areas, continue to maintain product quality and innovate products.
