dc.description.abstract Based on an analysis conducted in Juhar Village, with the majority of the population having livelihood as farmers and breeders who have high selling power, the Serdang Bedagai Regency government through the Public Works Service (PU) has built a new bridge, namely the Tapian Nauli bridge, because the previous bridge was a suspension bridge. wood with a shorter lifespan of the bridge and can only be passed by lightly loaded four-wheeled vehicles. The construction of this bridge was intended to replace the previous Tapian Nauli bridge because it was no longer suitable for use. The purpose of writing this thesis is to analyze the bearing capacity of the pile foundation, and analyze the safety of the pile foundation based on the allowable carrying capacity of the group and the efficiency of the group pile and the efficiency of the group pile. The writing process begins with a study of the problem that will be reviewed by searching for projects that will be used as a medium for implementing the problem. the necessary data is obtained directly from project documents or consultants. from the results of the analysis of bearing capacity calculations with the Mayerhoff method on bore hole-I Qu : 1924 kN/m, on bore hole-II Qu : 2261 kN/m. and based on the Luciano method on bore hole-I : 565.5 kN. on bore hole-II: 581 kN. on bore hole-I permit carrying capacity of 1360 tonnes. on bore hole-II the permit carrying capacity (Qi) is 1397 tonnes. From the analysis of the calculation of the allowable carrying capacity (Qi) for pile foundations with a diameter of 30 cm from SPT data using the Converse – Labarre method, a pile efficiency of 0.859 is obtained with a total of 6 piles.
