The reduced development land available in Indonesia has led to an increase in the number of tall building. The higher the structure, the more vulnerable the structure is to earthquakes. Eartquake resistant building planning needs to be done to minimize the influence of earthquake strength, one examole is the analysis og the effect of pushover on building structures using performancebased planning, one of which is to determine the capacity of a linear or nonlinear structures using the computer programs.. Analysis was performed using Spectrum Response analysis and Non-linear analysis. Spectrum Response Analysis using SNI 1726-2019. Non-linear pushover analysis uses the ASCE 41-13 NSP method to find the value of structural displacement.
From the result analysis conducted on the telkomsel, the basic earthquake force value is 4.233,38168 kgf for the x direction an 4.233,38168 kgf for the y direction. For thr deviation value that occurs is 54,8012 mm for the x direction and 69,036 mm for the y direction deviation. The collapse value due to the thrust load in the analysis of the pushover effect that occurred was 30,751 mm for the x direction and 258, 751 mm in the y direction.
