The Bandar Sidoras irrigation area is an irrigation area located in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. With a functional area of 3000 (Ha) and a primary irrigation canal area of 10.62 (km), specifically the Kerasaan primary irrigation canal, which is under the authority of the Balai Wilayah Sungai Sumatera (BWSS II). The irrigation canal survey was carried out at a distance of approximately 1.5 km.
This research aims to evaluate irrigation assets on the Bandar Sidoras primary irrigation canal. Analyze hydrological frequency analysis and hydraulic analysis to obtain results so that you can re-plan irrigation channels. By using the Nakayasu method and several methods for comparison.
Based on the research results, the irrigation canal with the highest damage value is the irrigation canal in section 3, so the results obtained for planning the 3rd section of the canal are T1 = 5.5 m, h = 0.9 m, H = 1, 50 m, and B = 1 m. With these results, the irrigation canal on section 3 will be rebuilt.
