Analysis of the bearing capacity of piles can provide an understanding of the condition of the land that will be used as a place for a building to stand. In this research, analysis of the bearing capacity of poles was carried out in the Muara Kembang area in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The main components used in the analysis are finding the bearing capacity of a single pile foundation using the Meyerhof, and Aoki & De Alencar methods, looking for the efficiency of pile groups and the bearing capacity of group pile foundations using the Converse-Labarre method and looking for the settlement of single and group piles using using Empirical and Vesic methods. The diameters of the piles analyzed were 30 cm, 35 cm and 40 cm. The results of the evaluation of the bearing capacity of a single pile showed that the smallest bearing capacity was 51.86 tf with a diameter of 35 cm using the Aoki & De Alencar method and the largest was 120.39 tf with a diameter of 40 cm using the Meyerhof method. The results obtained from the analysis of the bearing capacity of a single pile do not meet the building planning load of 150 tf. Therefore, based on the results of the analysis of the carrying capacity and settlement of pile groups from single pile calculations using the Meyerhof method, it was found that the efficient pile diameter used was 35 cm with a pile group efficiency of 0.862 with 2 piles. The bearing capacity value of the group piles is 160.42 tf, with a settlement value of group pile foundations of 1.12 cm
