Knowledge about structural safety today is very necessary to keep up with technological developments in the field of building structures. This thesis aims to deepen knowledge about building structures that are safe against earthquakes and the process of planning and evaluating structures in accordance with Indonesian National Standards (SNI). The structures discussed focus on beams, columns and floor slabs. The aim of evaluating the structural design of beams, columns and floor plates is to determine the feasibility of the structure, whether it is able to withstand the forces that occur due to changes in the live load acting on the building. This thesis uses the Ordinary Moment Resisting Frame System (OMRFM) method with ETAB software, the ETABS design results will be controlled by mathematical calculations based on SNI 2847-2019 and 1726-2019. From the results of the structural evaluation that has been carried out, the dimensions of the beam structure are 250 x 450 mm (main top reinforcement 7D12, torsion reinforcement 4D13, bottom reinforcement 4D16), beam 350 x 800 mm (main top reinforcement 6D22 & 3D16, torsion reinforcement 4D13, bottom reinforcement 2D22 & 2D16), 350 x 950 mm beam (main upper reinforcement 6D22 & 3D16, torsion reinforcement 4D13, lower reinforcement 2D22 & 2D16), beam 450 x 950 mm (main upper reinforcement 8D22 & 3D16, torsion reinforcement 4D13, lower reinforcement 3D22 & 2D16), columns 350 x 600 mm (main reinforcement 16D22), and floor slabs with a thickness of 12 cm. After obtaining the results of the structural evaluation, a DED image can be created.
