The purpose of this study is to analyze the Comparison of Honda CBR250RR FI Motorcycle Performance using the Quick shitter and Assist Slipper clutch systems with the standard ones, as well as implementing periodic maintenance on the Honda CBR250RR motorcycle. The method used is an experiment conducted on the Honda CBR250RR FI Motorcycle. The engine torque produced by the Honda CBR250RR F1 motorcycle is greater by using the assist slipper clutch and quick shifter system, namely 27.6 Nm at 6000 rpm engine speed, while the lowest engine torque is 15.8 Nm at 2000 rpm engine speed. The engine power produced by the Honda CBR250RR F1 motorcycle is greater by using the assist slipper clutch and quick shifter system, namely 23.7 hp at 6000 rpm engine speed, while the lowest engine power is 4.5 hp at 2000 rpm engine speed. Machine maintenance aims to reduce the frequency of breakdowns and the duration of breakdowns. Proper and efficient machine maintenance can maintain product completion times, maintain product quality, reduce unexpected breakdown costs, and ensure effective production facilities. Maintenance activities include preventive maintenance, which is a key component of the maintenance department's operations and ensures efficient operation.
