Management of construction activities always involves planning, determining construction schedules and controlling. The implementation of a construction project will often encounter unplanned problems, so that delays will cause the project implementation time that was planned in the initial contract to change. Often when project implementation in the field is not in accordance with the initial planning, so many deviations occur including project delays. The risk of project delays can be minimized by using various methods of accelerating project implementation time, one of which is the Fast Track method. The aim of this research is to find out what time savings and work will be shorter after implementing scheduling using the Fast Track method on the Medan Polonia Health Center Building construction project. In the planning, the work analyzed on the Polonia Health Center Health Building Construction Project is scheduled to be completed within 175 days with a total planned cost of around IDR 1,936,097,938.34 in accordance with the existing Recapitulation From the research results, it was found that the initial implementation time was 203 days and after acceleration using the Fast Track method it became 146 days and there was a change in costs after acceleration using the Fast Track method and before acceleration was carried out. Before acceleration was carried out using Fast Track the total cost was equal to IDR 1,936,097,938.34, where as after fast track acceleration the total cost was IDR 2,127,664,014.36.
