This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on Employee Productivity at Majestik Bakery & Cake Shop Lubuk Pakam. This study uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 20 employees who have worked for more than 1 year. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, literature study, and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, path analysis (path analysis) using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of the Total Quality Management (TQM) research have a positive and significant effect on employee performance productivity behavior, it is known that the significance value of the four independent variables of Total Quality Management (TQM), namely customer satisfaction (X1)
= 0.026, employee involvement and empowerment (X2) = 0.017, continuous quality improvement (X3) = 0.031, and education and training (X4) = 0.035 less than 0.05. These results conclude that the Structural Equation Modeling Regression, namely the four independent variables of Total Quality Management (TQM), has a significant effect on Worker Productivity (Y). The value of R2 or R Square in the Model Summary table is 0.586, this indicates that the contribution of the four independent variables Total Quality Management (TQM) to Worker Productivity is 58.6% while the remaining 41.4% is the contribution of the variables - other variables not studied. Meanwhile, the value of e1 = (1- 0.586) = 0.414.
