This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) in Usaha Mandiri Keripik Cabe Ika and develop appropriate business strategies. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting and analyzing data based on facts observed during the study.
The findings reveal that the business model of Usaha Mandiri Keripik Cabe Ika operates adequately but requires improvement in several BMC elements, namely customer relationship, key activities, key partners, and channels. Development strategies include expanding customer segments through promotion and sales on social media, enhancing the already superior product value, and establishing partnerships with customers as resellers. Other suggestions include adding physical resources, such as smartphones, to support online promotional and sales activities.
Based on the SWOT analysis, Usaha Mandiri Keripik Cabe Ika is positioned in Quadrant I, reflecting a growth condition. Recommended strategies include market penetration, market development, and product development. The SWOT matrix identifies eight main strategies to enhance the business's competitiveness and growth potential.
In conclusion, the implementation of BMC and SWOT analysis provides a clear understanding of the potential for developing Usaha Mandiri Keripik Cabe Ika. By adopting the recommended strategies, the business can expand its market reach, increase revenue, and maintain its product value as a competitive advantage.
