Solar energy is utilized as a potential alternative energy source, especially seen from its source which radiates enormous energy and long time. In addition, it is hoped that solar energy can be utilized as an environmentally friendly source of electrical energy, so that if this energy can be managed properly, it is hoped that people's needs for energy can be met. Air temperature, cloud conditions, and wind speed around the location of solar panels affect the temperature variation of solar cells. Even extreme and rapid temperature fluctuations can disrupt electricity production in solar power plants. With the research conducted, it can be concluded that the results of observations and testing show a comparison of the performance of solar panels with cooling and uncooled modes, solar panels without cooling are found to have the highest luxmeter of 4790 with a panel surface temperature of 52.4 ℃ producing an output power of 2 amps and 18 volts. While with cooling, the highest lux meter is 4823 with a surface temperature of 53.6 ℃ resulting in an output power of 1.2 amps and 18 volts, each of which is carried out at 13:00 WIB, the test shows that the cooling system on solar panels is able to maintain the performance of solar panels. The results of observations and testing of a good tilt angle are at an inclination of 40 degrees, which is 58.8 ℃, while the lowest temperature is at an inclination of 60 degrees with the highest temperature of 54.5℃ which was done at 3:00 pm. The radiation value on the surface of the solar panel obtained the highest result in the first experiment without cooling with a radiation value of 40.67 ℃ at an angle of 40 degrees and the highest radiation value on the solar panel using cooling with a radiation value of 32.39 ℃ at an angle of 40 degrees.
