dc.description.abstract One of the uses is solar panels as a supplier of sunlight energy into electrical energy which uses a charging system to store the amount of electricity using batteries as a direct current electricity storage medium. When the intensity of sunlight is weak, the charging control device is still less than optimal for channeling electrical energy to the battery. Measuring electrical energy charging parameters with manual measuring instruments is less effective because it takes time when charging electrical energy to the battery to move or not be combined into one with the solar panel charging control device. The efficiency of solar panels is based on research conducted, the use of water as a coolant in solar panels is proven to increase the conductivity efficiency of panels with lower temperatures. Solar panels are able to produce higher power. This research also found that certain tilt angles, for example at 30°, 40° and 60° also makes a difference in the efficiency of the power produced by solar panels, the optimal angle needs to be obtained for panel installation. The data also shows that the cooler not only increases panel efficiency, but also has the potential to extend the life of the solar panel by reducing degradation due to excessive heat. The tilt angle of the solar panel has a noticeable influence on the data produced. Tests show that at an angle of 30° to 60° it provides a variation in output. consistent with a certain angle provides good results under specific conditions.
