dc.description.abstract Education about stunting is often delivered through methods that are less attractive and difficult for parents to understand, as well as low awareness and understanding of parents and the community about the importance of balanced nutrition for child growth is the main obstacle in handling stunting. The purpose of this research is to design an Android-based quiz game application that integrates the concept of game-based learning for stunting education in children. Increasing parents' understanding of the causes, symptoms, and ways to prevent stunting through interactive and fun methods, as well as increasing parents' and public awareness of the importance of balanced nutrition and stunting prevention from an early age through the use of quiz game applications. To obtain this goal, the method used in this study is the multimedia development life cycle method by integrating the concept of game-based learning in the manufacturing process. The multimedia development life cycle method is used because it is a multimedia development methodology and the concept of game-based learning is used because it combines educational aspects with game elements to create an interesting and interactive learning environment. The results of the research on the implementation of game-based learning in the quiz game application for the introduction of stunting in children received a positive response from users in terms of ease of use, attractive interface, and relevance of educational content. As well as 15 respondents who participated in answering the research questionnaire, it was obtained that the respondents' assessment of the interface design of the stunting introduction quiz game application was obtained, as many as 9 respondents (60%) stated "very interesting" while 5 (33.3%) respondents stated "quite interesting" and and 1 respondent stated "less interesting".
