Work facilities are a work system that is interconnected in every part in it, the use of non-ergonomic work facilities is commonly found in MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) so that it can reduce employee productivity levels due to wrong working positions, wrong working methods and the wrong work attitude so that it affects the level of productivity of workers in doing their work. In the part of pressing the dough and cutting the dough at UD. Bintang Terang Roti Ketawa became the center of attention of researchers due to the use of manual cutting tools (catter rods) and the incompatibility of body dimensions with the work facilities used by workers which resulted in many worker complaints as seen from the results of the body map questionnaire given to workers and the accident rate high work. Because of that, the researchers redesigned the facility to reduce complaints and work accident rates by using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method and by measuring worker anthropometric data. REBA calculations in the process of pressing dough for group A final score of 7, group B final score of 6 and table C final score of 9, REBA calculations for the process of cutting dough for group A 8, group B 6 and table C 10, from both calculations the results are high or repairs will be carried out immediately, the use of manual tools will be replaced with new mechanical devices that are very safe and easy to use and increase the level of worker productivity, the design of work facilities is carried out using anthropometry of workers using the 50th percentile and 90th percentile and To obtain ergonomic facilities the researcher uses calculations normality test, data adequacy test and data uniformity test and the results of these calculations are measures in designing ergonomic work facilities.
