Aquaculture in Indonesia, which is growing very rapidly, makes the need for fish feed increase, if only relying on natural feed alone will not meet the capacity of fish feed and the price of feed becomes expensive. So that it hinders aquaculture, in this design the shaft power, shaft force, shaft rotation and production capacity will be calculated. Fish food businesses are now often found selling fish pellets, which are generally made or done at home as a home industry using manual labor with not too large production results. The purpose of the designer of this tool is that it is hoped that manufacturers will find it easier to operate, so that the work of producers will be more efficient and easier. In addition, this machine can increase the quantity and quality of the results of making fish food pellets. In this study, designing a fish food pellet making machine on a gasoline motor as the main driver with 5.5 HP and 3600 RPM engine speed, engine stroke diameter of 68.0 x 45.0 m, ignition system using recoil starter with engine weight of 15 Kg.
