dc.description.abstract Disposal of plastic waste in water and soil has polluted the environment and caused damage to the environment. How ever until now efforts to recycle plastic are still very rare, because the cost of the production process and the machines used are still very expensive. The above the problems can be solved by designing a plastic extruder machine that can be used to recycle waste plastic to become economically valuable. Tool making starts with desaigning, pushing using a screw, and a barrel made of bronze or stainless steel. After making the extruder machine, evaluate product result based on tool function and tool performance. The result of this research is a plastic extruder machine that can optimally remove melted plastic in the form of spun rope or filament which will later be used as the basic material for the manufacturing process using the 3D printing method.
