| dc.description.abstract | This research aims to design a web-based application to support the submission and utilization processes of medical equipment at Mitra Medika Bandar Klippa Hospital. The application is designed to assist logistics administrators in managing medical equipment stock, including the addition and release of items, and to facilitate medical staff in submitting equipment requests and monitoring the status of their requests. The methodology involves system requirements analysis, design, implementation, and system testing using the Black Box Testing method. The test results show that all application features, such as stock management, report generation, and request status monitoring, function well without errors. A user survey indicates a satisfaction level of 75%, signifying that this application effectively enhances the efficiency of medical equipment management in the hospital.
