PT. Logistik Ekspresindo Utama is a service company that has integration services ranging from land, sea and air Freight Forwarding services, PPJK (Customs Service Management Company), Transportation Management for Projects, which is supported by a complete selection of land, sea and air transportation fleets specializing in handling cargo that requires special handling both at home and abroad. The current route determination is only based on the subjectivity of the company itself and has not considered the cost factor in shipping. Therefore it is necessary to use a special method to overcome this problem, so this study aims to determine an efficient route and obtain optimal distribution costs. This study uses the Integer Linear Programming method to optimize the delivery of goods and minimize transportation costs. Based on the results of data processing using the Integer Linear Programming method, it can minimize the distance of 604 km or 13.04%, the minimum travel time is 14.9 hours or 12.88%, the minimum total distribution cost is Rp. 1,154,650 or 16.47%.
