dc.description.abstract Non-academic education plays a crucial role in developing individual talents in sports, arts, technology & computers, and Quranic studies. While formal education has limitations in providing time and facilities for skill development, private tutoring has become an effective solution. However, the challenge of finding a suitable tutor who meets the specific needs of students remains a significant issue. This research proposes the development of a Web-based private tutor application using the Spiral model, which allows for a flexible and User-responsive system. The Next.js framework and Firebase are utilized in this research to enhance accessibility and service quality. The results indicate that the developed application effectively facilitates the search for expert tutors in specific fields, reduces search time, and provides more comprehensive information about available tutors. Through this approach, the Web-based private tutor application not only offers a practical solution for finding tutors but also contributes to the development of individual talents in Indonesia. The use of the Spiral model ensures that the application can be continuously Updated and adapted to meet User needs, delivering more effective and high-quality services.
