Data collection on deaths and the elderly at the Medan Johor Subdistrict Office is an urgent need to increase efficiency and accuracy in the data collection process at this government agency. elderly. With an increasingly large elderly population, it is important for the Medan Johor Subdistrict Office to have an efficient and organized data collection system to manage data on the elderly population in its working area. The manual data collection system that may still be used by the Medan Johor Subdistrict Office also has limitations. Manual processes such as filling out paper forms, collecting and processing data manually can slow down the data collection process and increase the risk of errors. Therefore, designing a web- based data collection application is the right solution. By implementing a web-based data collection system, these limitations can be overcome by electronic data entry, automatic validation, and real-time data access. The results of this research This application will help improve the accuracy of data about deaths and the elderly population, reducing the potential for human error in manual data input.
