In building a network at a large company or university, a network management is needed to facilitate the management and supervision of the network. The more complex the network built, the more difficult it is for administrators to monitor the network. For this reason, it is necessary to build a monitoring system that aims to make it easier to monitor and also maintain and improve network quality. In this study, a monitoring system for Netwatch and OpenNMS (Open Network Monitoring System) was built with the aim of being able to provide an overview of how Netwatch and OpenNMS work to monitor the existing network. In this study, a bot was built which functions to provide the information needed through the Telegram application. The bot is integrated with Netwatch and OpenNMS and can automatically send monitored alarm information from Netwatch and OpenNMS if a device or network problem occurs. So from the results of this study, it is hoped that it will make it easier for administrators to monitor network performance and use Telegram Bot alarms to always provide the latest information if the device or network is experiencing up/down.
