In the rapidly evolving era of information technology, innovations like electronic tickets (e-tickets) play a crucial role in facilitating transactions and service access. This research focuses on the Design of a Web-based e-ticket application to simplify ticket booking for Travel between Medan and Padang Sidimpuan. By implementing the Agile method, this application is Designed to provide a fast, efficient, and User-friendly experience, offering real-time access to information on departure Schedules, seat availability, and ticket prices. Additionally, the application aims to overcome the shortcomings of traditional ticket booking systems such as long queues and outdated information availability. It is hoped that this application will not only enhance User satisfaction through a smoother booking process but also help Travel agencies improve operational efficiency and expand their market reach.
