Pharmacies are an essential part of the healthcare system, providing medications and health products to the public. However, many pharmacies still use manual systems for managing transaction data and stock of goods, which often leads to issues such as recording errors, data loss, and prolonged processing times. This research aims to design and implement a web-based pharmacy management information system at a joint advanced pharmacy using the prototype method. The prototype method was chosen due to its ability to facilitate rapid iterations and continuous feedback from users, ensuring the system is designed to meet specific needs. The study results show that the implemented system can improve operational efficiency by automating the data recording and management processes, minimizing errors, and providing more accurate and reliable information. With this system, pharmacy staff can focus more on customer service, thus enhancing the overall quality of service. This research is expected to serve as a reference for the development of management information systems in other pharmacies.
