This research aims to analyze the effect of thermal conditions on the safety and productivity of construction workers in Natal District. The method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire consisting of 30 questions, which was distributed to 40 respondents who were construction workers in the research area. This questionnaire is designed to evaluate the impact of weather conditions, both hot and rainy, on workers' health and comfort. The results of the analysis show that 75% of respondents reported that hot conditions disrupted their productivity, while 60% felt the negative impact of rainy weather. In addition, the analysis shows that 80% of respondents agree that improvements are needed in the provision of personal protective equipment (PPD) to improve work safety. Recommendations resulting from this research include developing better policies regarding worker protection from extreme weather conditions.
