This study discusses the design of an educational system based on Augmented Reality for introducing Javanese culture on the Android platform using Vuforia. The application aims to enhance the understanding and interest of young generations in Javanese culture through an interactive and modern learning medium. By leveraging AR technology, users can interact with 3D cultural objects, such as traditional dances, traditional clothing, and musical instruments, which are realistically visualized on their devices' screens. The application is designed to provide an immersive and enjoyable learning experience, enabling users to explore local cultural heritage. The use of Vuforia as the Augmented Reality platform ensures optimal integration between virtual objects and the user's physical environment, making this application an effective and innovative educational tool. Testing results indicate that the application successfully captures attention and increases user engagement, particularly among children and teenagers, in learning about Javanese culture. Recommendations for further development include content updates, additional educational features, and further research to assess the application's impact on cultural learning.
