This research aims to design and implement a product testing application at the Medan Industrial Standardization and Service Center (BSPJI) using the FAST (Framework for the Application of System Thinking) method. This application was developed to address issues in the product testing application process, which has been done manually, often causing delays, data entry errors, and lack of transparency. With this web-based application, industries can submit product testing requests online more quickly, efficiently, and transparently. The system development process follows the stages of the FAST method, starting from initial investigation, problem analysis, requirements analysis, logical and physical design, to system construction and testing. This application automates various important stages, such as initial document review, product testing, and test result evaluation. Additionally, the system provides real-time submission status tracking features that enhance process transparency for industry players. The implementation of this system is expected to improve operational efficiency at BSPJI Medan and increase confidence in products that have undergone testing according to standards.
