The design of a 3D animation for introducing the islands of Indonesia on an Android-based platform aims to provide an interactive platform for exploring and understanding the diversity of Indonesia's islands. By utilizing 3D animation technology, this application offers detailed visual representations of various islands, complete with information on the culture, geography, and tourism of each island. The design process includes creating 3D models of the main islands using Blender3D for accurate visual representation. Unity3D is used to integrate educational elements such as historical information, unique flora and fauna, and to develop a user-friendly and intuitive interface on Android devices. This application is designed to provide an immersive learning experience, facilitate access to quality information, and promote the preservation and appreciation of Indonesia's natural wealth. Interactive features allow users to learn and explore the islands virtually. With this approach, the application is expected to enhance awareness and interest among the local community, as well as support innovative and effective geographic education efforts. The design process follows the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method to ensure the application meets educational and interactive goals optimally.
