This study aims to develop a drug use clustering application system at the Labuhan Ruku Health Center, Batu Bara Regency, by applying the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method. The problem identified is the difficulty in managing large and complex drug use data. The designed system integrates various features, including a login page, variable data management, and cluster calculations using KNN. System testing was conducted to ensure functionality and accuracy, with results showing the effectiveness of the KNN method in grouping drug data. By using drug expenditure and unit price data, the system can identify usage patterns and provide relevant cluster results, helping to manage drug stock more efficiently. The test results show that the system functions according to the specified specifications, is able to handle various inputs well, and provides accurate results. This study is expected to contribute to the management of drug use in health centers, as well as being a reference for further research on clustering systems in the context of health.
