An infrastructure development project really needs a budget plan, because it is an overall design or plan of all project activities. An estimator needs the basis of an economical and efficient formal method in making a project budget plan. There are several options for estimating the unit price for project budget costs in Indonesia, namely Contractor Estimation, AHSP (Work Unit Price Analysis) 2016, and SNI 2020. price, but analyzes the unit price of work on the basis of the suitability of the work completed and the experience it has. The contractor must also learn more about the basic Civil Engineering methods of the work on the project and be able to understand detailed working drawings and have accurate data. The purpose of this research is to find out which construction project budget design analysis method is the most reliable and economical. It is known that the construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Building at the Salak Hospital, Pakpak Bharat Regency, calculated the budget planning costs using three methods, the result is that the most economical method is the SNI 2020 method, which is Rp. 3,086,015,000, then the 2016 AHSP Method worth Rp. 3,082,058,000, then the most expensive is the Contractor's Estimation Method worth IDR 3,086,222,000.
