This company also accepts new mechanics based on applied criteria such as the prospective applicant's latest education, age, work experience, psychological test results, interview results and the prospective mechanic's area of expertise. This results in the mechanic recruitment process not being in line with the area of expertise and abilities of the prospective mechanic. PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri often changes mechanics, this affects the performance of this motorbike repair shop. This research was conducted to overcome the problems experienced by the owner of PT.
