Nowadays, OTP is developing rapidly from digital security which is widely used today. Originally used in banking to protect transactions. But now it has expanded to various sections such as e-commerce. This research discusses the design of the one time pad method as a reinforcement for e-wallet account verification in website-based cybercrime prevention. This website was created to strengthen account verification, from how to apply it to the performance of One Time Pad. The one time pad algorithm is a form of classic cipher which is included in the symmetric encryption category and is a very secure encryption method if used correctly. This website is designed for security during transactions to ensure security from criminal acts such as phishing. The research results show that this website was successfully implemented in a system created using Visual Studi Code, Postman, Xampp, Typescript programming language.
