The foundation is the most basic part of the building that holds the weight of all the building structures above it and continues it to the ground below that supports it. This study aims to calculate the bearing capacity and settlement of bored pile foundations from CPT data. Bearing capacity calculation using Aoki and De Alencar method, Schmertmann and Nottingham method, Meyerhof method and Plaxis software, single pile settlement using empirical method and Plaxis software and pile group settlement using vesic method. The method used is the bearing capacity of a single bored pile foundation from S-01 data at a depth of 1,60 m with the Aoki & De Alencar method of 22,835 Tons, the Schmertmann & Nottingham method of 22,763 and the Mayerhof method of 19,671 Tons, from the S-02 data in depth of 2,00 m with the Aoki & De Alencar method of 47,662 Tons, the Schmertmann & Nottingham method of 42,455 and the Mayerhof method of 32,130 Tons, from sondir S-03 data at a depth of 3,80 m with the Aoki & De Alencar method of 55,876 Tons, the Schmertmann & Nottingham method of 43,718 and the Mayerhof method of 55,273 Tons and based on the finite element method with the Plaxis program of 43,25 Tons. The carrying capacity of the pile group at point N5-BP01 from sondir S-03 data is as follows: Aoki & De Alencar Method = 135,274 Tons, Schmertmann & Nottingham Method = 169,348 Tons and Meyerhof Method = 214,164 Tons. Single pile settlement using the empirical method at point C1-BP4 from sondir S-01 data is 6,05 mm, point G2-BP04 from sondir S-02 data is 6,13 mm, point N5-BP01 from sondir S-03 data of 6,40 mm and based on the Plaxis program with the Mohr Coulomb model of 4,29 mm. The settlement of the group foundation using the vesic method at point C1-BP4 from sondir S-01 data is 10,496 mm, point G2-BP04 from sondir S-02 data is 14,037 mm, point N5-BP01 from sondir S-03 data is 11,514 mm. Settlement from the results of the PDA Test at point C1-BP4 of 10,416 mm, point G2-BP04 of 8,888 mm and point N5-BP01 of 14,871 mm.
