The perfume industry is one of the rapidly growing sectors in various global markets. Insha Parfum, as a leading manufacturer and retailer of perfumes, has successfully built a strong brand image and attracted a significant number of customers. The changing consumer behavior towards online shopping has intensified competition in the e-commerce space. Therefore, increasing sales through e-commerce applications has become more crucial for INSHA Parfum. To address this challenge, INSHA Parfum has attempted to design an e-commerce application. The use of the Business Model Canvas model was chosen as the framework for designing the e-commerce application for Insha Parfum because it provides a simple and structured approach to planning an effective business model. The Business Model Canvas enables companies to visualize all the essential aspects of their business in one image. The results of this study indicate that using the Business Model Canvas as a framework for creating an e-commerce application for Insha Parfum is a smart move. It helps visualize and plan the entire business better, which, in turn, can support better decision-making.
