dc.description.abstract Sales are a crucial component of business operations that not only encompass transactions but also marketing strategies and customer relationship management. With technological advancements, online sales platforms have expanded, providing broader access to consumers. This study examines the implementation of a web-based sales reporting application for IQOS products, an innovation in the tobacco product field. The application is designed to integrate data from various products into a single efficient platform, enhancing the accuracy and speed of data access, which is vital in a dynamic business environment. The study uses the Waterfall system development method, enabling a systematic approach in application development. The findings indicate that this web-based application can enhance the efficiency of sales reporting and support strategic decision-making.
