The Faculty of Engineering and Computers Harapan Medan is an institution engaged in the field of educational services. In this case, it can be ascertained that the Engineering and Computer Faculty of Harapan Medan has a lot of assets. Each asset has a different age and method of maintenance. Over time, there are still many problems that occur in the management of assets owned. Starting from an unclear inventory, there is no procedure/SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for the use or use of assets and there is no information system that can manage all existing assets. Based on these problems, an asset management information system is needed that can facilitate asset management at the Harapan Medan Faculty of Engineering and Computers. This asset management information system was created in order to manage asset data easily, effectively and accurately starting from recording asset data, searching for asset data, recapitulating asset data and deleting asset data.
