dc.description.abstract This study focuses on the design of a web-based information system application to manage maintenance payments at Taman Riviera Housing using the iPaymu API. The background of this research indicates that the current manual system is prone to recording errors and is inefficient in facilitating communication between the manager and the homeowners. Therefore, this application is designed to automate the payment process, increase recording accuracy, and accelerate access to information related to maintenance payments. From the results of the research and discussion that have been conducted, it is concluded that the designed application can provide various benefits such as improved payment recording accuracy, administrative efficiency, and ease of access to information. The recommendations proposed include the need for training and socialization for homeowners on how to use this new application and enhancing system security to protect transaction data and personal information of homeowners.
