Study this is for knowing Influence Implementation of the Health and Safety Program Work To Productivity Work Employees at BPBD Deli Serdang Regency . There are 47 BPBD employees of Deli Serdang Regency who made as sample in study this . Retrieval of data used is with method Sample Saturated , with amount sample as many as 47 employees or whole employees at BPBD Deli Serdang . Technique data collection used is with method share questionnaire to BPBD employee of Deli Serdang Regency . analysis of the data obtained found results study is Safety Work by Partial no take effect significant to productivity work employee with score significance 0.095 > 0.05, Health work by Partial take effect significant to Productivity work employee with score significance 0.002 < 0.05 , Safety work and Health work by simultaneous take effect To Productivity work employee with score significance of 0.000 < 0.05.
