This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, competence and work placement on employee performance at PT Socfin Indonesia Medan. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 135 people with a total sample of 101 people. The sampling method is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS Statistics version 26.
The results of this study indicate that the work discipline variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline, competency and work placement variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. | en_US |
