Military court is a tribunal responsible for adjudicating criminal actions committed by military personnel, both active duty and retired, who violate military law. The previously established case management system included a trial schedule, which only contained the trial date, trial number, trial time, and courtroom. However, the verdict and excerpts from the trial were not recorded in the system, resulting in a lack of information about the outcomes of those trials in the previous system. Guests seeking information about verdicts or trial summaries still had to go through the military court office, and the court staff struggled with the previous system as they had to provide trial results through the military court's file archive. Therefore, an evolution of the case management support system was developed using the Evolutionary Prototype method, by analyzing the requirements, creating initial prototypes, evaluating, and developing product engineering, and utilizing the PIECES Framework analysis. This framework identified issues in the old system and the necessary solutions for the new system. With the development of the case management support system (SIBARA), the handling of cases in the military court is facilitated. This system streamlines the case management process and provides accurate information to relevant parties. Furthermore, this system can enhance transparency and accountability in case handling within the military court.
