Construction services have an important and strategic role considering that construction services produce final products in the form of buildings or other physical forms. The rapid development of the construction industry in addition to providing benefits also poses risks. The construction industry has a large enough risk where this industry can be said to be the most vulnerable to work accidents. To analyze the effect of occupational safety and health (K3) on the CV. Multah Sejati Bahagia Tapanuli Tengah. Aims to find out how much influence the factors of occupational safety and health (K3) and determine among the factors of occupational safety and health (K3) that are dominant on the performance of the construction workers of the project. Meanwhile, in analyzing the effect of occupational safety and health (K3) using a questionnaire given to respondents in the company. Based on the results of questionnaires from respondents that the application of safety and health (K3) in the CV.Multah Sejati Bahagia is adequate and quite good around +/- 80%.
