Bend analysis is needed to determine road conditions that could have negative impacts such as accidents. Bends require special study because they often cause accidents. This research aims to carry out an in-depth analysis of bends on road sections with a focus on several key aspects. The research method used was a field survey to collect physical data from existing bends, such as bend radius, slope, road width, and other relevant factors at the research location. The results of this research found that the shape of the bend on Jalan Pematang Siantar, Balige District, Toba Regency, North Sumatra STA 0:750 is a Spiral-Spiral bend. Two bends have radii that do not meet the criteria for the Full Circle bend type, because the value of e > 3%. Calculations were carried out using the Spiral- Circle-Spiral or Spiral-Spiral bend type and it was found that the Lc value was < 20 m (does not meet the bend requirements). Next, it is calculated using the Spiral- Spiral bend type with the results Ts>Ls meeting the requirements. The type of curve used in accordance with Bina Marga standards at bends P3 and P6 is a Spiral-Spiral curve obtained from analysis of tangent to spiral data (Ts) which is greater than the length of the transition curve (Ls) which is the main requirement, because Ts = 8.1m > Ls = 8 m and Ts = 16.4 m m > Ls = 16.3 m mm, then the Spiral-Spiral type bend can be used
