Harvesters are workers owned by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Dolok Sinumbah who are tasked with carrying out fruit harvesting activities, cutting ripe fruit bunches, picking and collecting loose pulp or palm kernels from Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB), as well as transporting palm oil products to Results Collection Place (TPH). Therefore, to increase the morale of the harvesters, the Company carries out regular programs to select the best palm oil fruit harvesters. Currently, selecting the best palm oil fruit harvester is still done manually. So that errors do not occur in selecting harvesters, a field of decision support system science is needed which can later help in carrying out the selection process.Based on these problems, a Decision Support System was developed using the BPR (Business Process Reengineering) method which aims to help companies in making decisions in choosing the best palm oil fruit harvester correctly.With the results of this research, a Decision Support System that uses the BPR (Business Process Reengineering) calculation method can make it easier for companies to make decisions to determine the best palm oil fruit harvester according to predetermined criteria.
