| dc.description.abstract | This Koni office rehabilitation project is a project whose construction and implementation process is accelerating, where the planned time schedule is 22 weeks for implementation. However, with the realization time schedule implemented in the field, namely 18 weeks of work, the KONI project was carried out faster than the implementation plan estimated. Therefore, I am interested in analyzing the KONI Office rehabilitation project using the labor productivity method, which is a method used to calculate labor productivity every day. One of the factors that influences the productivity of work is the number of workers, but the number of workers per day needs to be limited based on the quantity of work and the cost of the project work. From these calculations, labor productivity in the field was found to be 125% and productivity based on the plan was 100%. So that labor productivity in the field is 25% faster than planned. Based on plans that have been made with an implementation time of 150 days. Meanwhile, during field observations, realization was obtained with an implementation time of 120 days.
