The implementation of the Sheet Steel Pile erection project on the construction of the Deli River Embankment experienced a delay in the implementation of project activities, the delay caused a delay in project completion. Project delays can be anticipated by speeding up (crashing) in its implementation, but must still pay attention to the cost factor. By using the Crashing method, it can improve the ability to predict project duration. The daily increase in project costs is shown on a cost slope graph. This analysis aims to determine the total cost and time after using crashing and to get a more economical cost and a more efficient time duration, after accelerating the project by using additional labor. From the results of the analysis carried out the results of the total wages of workers in normal conditions for the work "Steel Pile Pile" is Rp. 1,350,000.00. And the results of this analysis and calculation can be obtained total wages of workers with additional labor of Rp. 1,440,000.00. While the total wages of workers can be calculated from the analysis of labor productivity by adding up the addition of the workforce, then after adding the workforce, the results of the analysis cost wages are Rp. 1,440,000.00 with a duration of 4 days.
