This study aims to determine whether emotional intelligence and job satisfaction affect organizational citizenship behavior through spiritual workplaces as intervening variables at PT. Berjaya Group Medan. The analysis technique used is the validity and reliability test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F and t significance test, coefficient of determination, mediation test). dependent either directly or indirectly through intervening variables. Data collection techniques were obtained from questionnaires. The total population in this study amounted to 184 people and 126 were used as samples using the saturated sampling method, namely the sample which also represents the total population.
The results showed that emotional intelligence has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior through workplace spirituality, job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior through workplace spirituality.
