This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Perceived Organizational Support and work environment on employee performance moderated by transformational leadership style at the Department of Transportation of North Sumatra. This research is associative with a quantitative approach. Quantitative data is obtained based on the results of questionnaire data processing which is distributed to the research sample. The population of this study were employees of the Department of Transportation of North Sumatra. The sampling method used is saturated sample. The technique of saturated sample is to determine the sample if all members are used as samples. The number of employees who were sampled in this study were 118 employees. This study uses the method of multiple linear regression analysis and the primary data manager and MRA-Residual using the SPSS program.
The results of the research on the Perceived Organizational Support variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously show that there is a positive and significant influence on the work environment variable on employee performance. And the results of the study found that Perceived Organizational Support and Work Environment together had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of the MRA-Residual test showed that the effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Performance was moderated by a significant Transformational Leadership Style. Based on the table referred to in table IV.30, it can be concluded that the influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance is moderated by the Transformational Leadership Style which has a positive and significant effect | en_US |
