This study aims to determine the impact of work ability on employee performance with a reward system as a moderating variable at the Department of Housing and Spatial Planning in Medan City. The population used in this study amounted to 53 employees of the Department of Housing for the Settlement and Spatial Planning of Medan City. With the sampling technique, using saturated sampling, the sample used is 53 employees.
The results of this study indicate that the Work Ability variable has a positive and significant effect on the Reward System. Work Ability, Reward System has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The Reward System variable does not moderate the relationship between the Work Ability variable and Employee Performance. Which means that in this study the Reward System variable is not a moderating variable
