Population growth in Aceh Singkil District in recent years has been increasing rapidly. Along with this population growth, the need for transportation facilities in Aceh Singkil Regency is also increasing. The Singkil - Jaya Timur (Rimo) road section is a prioritized route because it is always traversed by the community and this route is also a route to the office area, the district capital and a link to the ferry port. Evaluation of road pavement conditions is very necessary to monitor the level of damage that occurs on a road section. The study aims to determine the level of pavement condition value of the damage that occurs on the Singkil – Jaya Timur (Rimo) road section at STA 14+000 - 16+000. The method used is field research with primary data in the form of road damage survey results. The results of evaluating road conditions using the Bina Marga method and the PCI method turned out to produce relatively the same assessment. The calculation of the condition value based on the Bina Marga method includes a routine maintenance program with proposed improvements including sand spreading, paving, crack sealing, pothole filling, and leveling. While the Pavement Condition Index method includes a good category with proposed improvements including the addition of sand, crack sealing, partial patching, surface covering, and overlay. The most severe damage occurs in Segments 5, 14 and 20 with poor categories.
