The construction of the Nafuo river bridge which is located on the Ombolata Langi road, East Lahewa District, North Nias Regency, is being carried out to facilitate traffic flow between districts. Girders as a connecting medium are required to have precise calculations, including each reinforcement that is an element in a bridge building. The function of the bridge girder is to accept the loads and forces generated by traffic, namely four-wheeled vehicles, two-wheeled vehicles and humans crossing that part of the bridge. There are two data collections, namely primary data collection: Observation and Documentation. Secondary data collection: Data obtained from CV. Manunggal Riamerta Dev. Consultant as Supervision Consultant.
Calculation of Shear Reinforcement Requirements.
d/2=(825 mm)/2=412.5 mm ;0.75.h=0.75×950mm=712.5 mm ;600mm
The diameter of the shear reinforcement used, D= 10mm
Number of sliding legs, nk = 2
Area of shear reinforcement, A_v=nk.0,25.π.D^2=2×0,25×3,14×〖10〗^2=157mm^2
Shear spacing is necessary, sp=(157 mm^2)/(1.364 mm^2 ) =115 mm
So the shear reinforcement used is D10-115mm.
From the analysis results, the amount of reinforcement used is ∅10-115mm.
