Basically a project is a one-off activity, with limited time and resources to achieve a predetermined end result. Projects have three main elements of concern, namely cost, quality, and time. To fulfill this, a company must have a method or method that can be used, so that all resources owned can be utilized optimally. In the implementation of the construction project of the Susua Health Center Building, South Nias Regency, using the S curve method as a time planning for the implementation of the work. So in the study, an evaluation was carried out to examine the problem of project scheduling using the CPM and PDM methods which can later also be described in the form of a network, determining the sequence of work that precedes or precedes the project and its critical trajectory. The purpose of this study is to determine the critical trajectory and duration of work so that which work requires attention to be right at the specified time. The research method conducted at the Susua Health Center building began by forming a network, calculating the duration of work, determining the critical trajectory with the CPM and PDM methods using Microsoft Project 2019 and comparing the two methods. The results of the analysis showed that between the two methods have different critical trajectories and durations. The number of critical path activities in the CPM method using Microsoft Project 2019 is 17 activities with the number of durations obtained is 266 days, while the PDM method using Microsoft Project 2019 has two constraints, namely SS (Start to Start) and FS (Finish to Start) with the number of critical activities which is 13 activities and the number of duration obtained is 240 days. The longer duration of CPM than PDM occurs because the strain that works on CPM is only a finish to start strain (the activity starts when the previous activity is finished).
